Self exploding cooking dial!
I have purchased this rice cooker either three or four times, and every times the dial section got broken. Up to the last one that I bought, I always thought it was damaged due to our careless handling, but this time I , I was standing next to it during cooking, and there was a crackle noise and all of a sudden, the dial section burst and cracked a piece off without anyone touching it! I reported this to the seller and they said no exchange or refund because it was three month old and no longer qualified for 30 day refund! This is a pretty expensive rice cooker and the seller didn’t even offer to repair the item! Basically I have lost at least two hundred dollars purchasing this item three times, and unknowingly have not received any compensation.

Dangerous rice cooker
The product broke after 4 time usage. All front portion cracked and all electrical wire came out. It is dangerous.
