I used the ThtRht 2-pack USB 2.0 rear bracket to add extra USB ports to my desktop using an open 9-pin motherboard header. Setup was super simple—just plug the cable into the USB 2.0 header and screw the bracket into an empty PCI slot.

It's a basic USB 2.0 bracket for making use of the extra USB 2.0 header you most definitely have in that extra expansion slot you most definitely have. Used this to add some more ports to a ITX board and found it interrupted multiple process when the system booted: -Sound was completely unavailable through Bluetooth peripherals. -Twitch Streams could render less than a frame per second. -various icons on the screen were unusable. Do not recommend. At all.

I bought these to install on my Cyberpower gaming PC. Plug and play. Zero issues. I wish I hadn't waited so long to utilize the extra USB ports.
