Fan okay but service spare parts rate high
2.5 years use but one day not running fan. I called the service center and they came.They said that the fan board is broken. If you want to replace it, it will cost 900 rupees. The service cost is 250, totaling 1,150 rupees.We are forced to spend so much on this in two years. The cost of spare parts is high.

Crompton Energion Hyperjet 1200mm BLDC motor Ceiling Fan 5-Star rating is energy-efficient Performance: The fan operates smoothly and quietly, excellent airflow with 5 speeds (4+Hyp) and time control (1H to 4H... H=Hour) Design: It’s sleek design and function fits a touch of elegance and decor to the room. Must check the closing cap on the top of the fan as it look some sort of laps in attract looks Remote Control: Operating remote control is a little bit confuse without reading instruction on remote. Once switching ON the fan just press OFF button and at next moment press 1 button for about 10-Sec in the remote, you will hear beep sound from fan indicating that fan and remote are paired with each other. Remote Control allows to adjust the speed and turn the fan ON/OFF without getting up, It’s a small feature, but it makes a big difference in daily use. Amazon Service: Amazon’s delivery service was top-notch. The fan arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it is recommend to buy this Crompton Energion Hyperjet 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient ceiling fan.

Worst service experience – replacement still pending
I purchased the Crompton EN Hyperjet BLDC Fan, but unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective. Within a short time of installation, the fan stopped working completely. I raised a complaint, and a technician visited and confirmed that the product is faulty and needs replacement. However, it has been more than 45 days, and I have still not received any replacement or proper update from the service team. This delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected much better quality and after-sales service from Crompton, but this experience has been very frustrating. I do not recommend this product due to poor quality and extremely delayed customer support.
