Good taste and value. Dissolves super fast in any water. Not sure how good the hydration and electolyte levels really are, but it tastes good, not too artificial or overpowering.

I always like Squincher gum so I took a chance on this. Tasty and not too sweet. Sure it doesn't taste like natural grape, but it's grape drink and surprisingly good. I've had other "grape" flavored water enhancers and this is the best so far, no harsh aftertaste either. Plus, it doesn't have too much food coloring compared to other drink mixes. It was a good purchase for me.

These are my husband's absolute favorite electrolyte packets. He worked outside in the muggy, Alabama heat during the summer and needed something to help stay hydrated. He would drink a few of these a day and it helped him feel his best and not be so exhausted. He asked me to order these specifically. I liked that I was able to buy a large amount of them at a good price. It lasted him a while before I needed to order more. The grape flavor is great too.

This Sqwincher Zero Qwik Stick Sugar-free Grape is a hidden gem and Amazon has the best price! I was introduced to this product while doing field work in the hot Houston summer of 2023. The admin gave me a couple packets and they saved me and my coworker's lives! Exaggerating kinda, but not really. It tastes great! I bought the pack of 50, and it has lasted me several months. I now drink it regularly during work outs when I feel dehydrated and need a boost of electrolytes. I never got sick of the grape flavor! I usually mix it with about 40 oz. of water, though the packet calls for 20 oz. I don't mind the diluted flavor and it tastes better that way in my opinion. All stiks in my bag were intact and in pretty good condition overall. I am satisfied with the product and it is a great find! It rivals the electrolyte sticks at the grocery store -- and seems to be a field-work favorite!

The grape flavor on these is honestly excellent and not that fake medicine taste a lot of zero sugar mixes have. When the packets are fresh, they dissolve well and the electrolites feel effective without being overly salty. I like that it is low calorie and low sodium since I use it during long work days and workouts, and it does not upset my stomach like some hydration mixes do. That said, a few packets arrived already dried out, which affected the consistancy and made them harder to mix. Because of that, this would have been a three star for me. The reason it got bumped up is the seller handled it quickly and made it right with no hassle. Overall it is a solid option for sugar free hydrataion, especially if you get a good batch, and the customer service really helped leave a better final impression.

I drink it every day and I use one pack for two bottles of water as it’s too strong for me. But that’s me. Has a great taste and no after taste.
