I was curious to try this since I've only drank the strawberry the flavor isn't stong I love it and now but this every week

Tastes good to me and hydrates fast.
I drink one a day and feel 100% better. I keep it on hand and plan on continuing to use the Advanced Care Plus. I was using Gatorade for the electrolytes and rehydration but it made me thirstier. Sometimes I can feel my body becoming dehydrated, and the first thing I turn to now is the advanced grape Pedialyte. Nothing like it to replenish my body, I swear sometimes I can just feel it rushing through my stomach. I would recommend this to anyone really. From athletes to house mates we all could be more hydrated. Great product for adults who are on low sodium diet and needing to drink 48 oz or less in a 24 hour period. Pedialyte does well in this aspect; adds salt without making a patient drink less.
