These seem to really work or else it's the cheese on toast I've been eating every day for a month to help heal a fracture :) I had three really weak nails on my right hand with ridges that would break at the ends even when the nail was short. These nails are much much better and growing out. So I recommend these if you don't get enough Vitamin B or D in your diet.

You can get a better dose of B's from some quality multivitamins. This product did not work for me.
