Great for Android phones
Just the ticket for adding Magsafe capability to your Android phone. I used this on my Pixel 8 Pro and it works great. The package has minimal directions so you need to be careful when installing it because placement of the ring is critical. However, the included plastic backer that the ring is attached to has vertical and horizontal lines inscribed on it. Line up the backer so the same number of lines show above/below and on each side and the ring will be located correctly. Do this without peeling away the plastic covering the adhesive surface first so you have a good idea where you're going to place it. The adhesive is a quick grab so you don't have a lot of wiggle room if you get it wrong. Once placed on the phone case, rub the ring well with pressure. The adhesive is pressure activated and if you don't press very firmly it won't reach maximum strength and may give out when removing the phone from a magnetic dock. Let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before using a Magsafe charger or accessory. (Similar to 3M UHB tape.) My phone case has a lightly textured surface and I've had no issues. The ring shows no signs of detaching or peeling off and is super strong.

Get the case you want add this ring for fast wireless charging
Works perfectly! Bought another one that didn't work at all. I used a case that had a magsafe ring already on it to make sure it was signed properly. My case now is fast wireless charging.

Works and well designed, but pricey.
These things are awesome, I just wish they weren't so expensive and that you only get the 1 in a package.

Amazing
I've used this with and without cases. Everytime the performance has been flawless.

Decent quality, functionality is okay
Not great instructions on exactly where to place it on my Pixel 8 Pro XL (with Spigen case), and the magnets aren't super strong. I don't have any MagSafe accessories, but I tried to use it on the ProClip MagicMount magnetic mount in my car but it barely holds on. There may be an updated model of the MagicMount that is more MagSafe-specific, but this doesn't work well for the one that I have. So, right now it's basically decorative, and I THINK it is centered, but it's hard to tell. I got by without one for years and I don't have the need for MagSafe charging packs or anything, so I probably wouldn't buy one again.

Completely Useless - Alignment Tool is Inaccurate and Customer Service is Dismissive
I purchased this Spigen MagFit adapter to add MagSafe compatibility to my Pixel 8 Pro, but it has been an utterly disappointing experience. The included alignment tool is fundamentally flawed and does not line up properly with the wireless charging coil placement. As a result, the ring is misaligned, causing wireless charging to never initiate or increase the battery percentage at all. This renders the entire product useless for its advertised purpose of enabling MagSafe functionality on non-MagSafe devices like the Pixel series. Once you apply the adhesive ring incorrectly due to the flawed alignment guide, there is no way to reposition or remove it without damaging the case. What's even more infuriating is Spigen's dismissive customer service response. Instead of acknowledging the alignment issue with their product, they simply stated they "cannot guarantee it would work since the charger belongs to a competitor." This is an unacceptable attempt to shift blame and a failure to stand behind the promised compatibility of their MagFit adapter.Spigen needs to take responsibility, investigate this widespread alignment problem thoroughly, and provide an actual solution - either by redesigning the adapter and alignment tool specifically for the charging coil placement or offering full refunds to affected customers. Dismissing this as a mere limitation due to using a third-party charger is a disservice to paying customers who purchased the adapter under the premise of adding MagSafe capabilities to their phones.I strongly caution against buying this adapter until Spigen acknowledges and rectifies the alignment and compatibility problems. As it stands, the MagFit adapter fails to deliver on its promised functionality for our devices, and Spigen's response has been completely unsatisfactory.

This Has Actual Magnets
I normally skip making reviews, but this is important. The differentiating thing about this vs its competition is that it has actual magnets. That means it's substantially more powerfully attracted to a magnetic array than a simple metallic ring. The alignment tool is actually VERY useful, but it's important that you know your use case. I'm NOT using wireless charging of any kind. I just want to use a magnetic mount in my car. I placed the ring where I wanted it, not according any specific alignment for my wireless charging coil. The tool made this VERY easy. For me, worked charging of a no go. It's too slow and is wasteful (heat loss). I use an Android phone in a case. I wanted an EXTERNAL (and thus stronger) attachment rather than a case with a beefy magnet because the case would be thicker than I'd like.I hope all that helps someone out there.
