Favourite cleanser. My daughter bought this for herself, she offered me to try it and I've never gone back. You apply to dry skin, then emulsify with water before washing off. I use with the jelly cleanser when double cleansing. I love the stuff. So much so I had to buy my daughter a new pot. I use every night and a tub seems to last ages. I can definitely say my skin tone improved after using these. I've used for several months before trying other Byoma products. This is my favourite one. The texture is quite thick and feel slightly greasy when first applied, this changes when you add the water to your skin. It washes off without a greasy feeling, just beautiful cleansed skin. Sometimes I use it on its own, sometimes I double cleanse will jelly cleanser or the milky cleanser. Great value for money!

Great for removing makeui doesn't sting the eyes bought this a few times

I did my research before buying and chose Byoma for its cruelty free principles and products. This cleansing balm does a brilliant job of removing facial make-up but, sadly, wasn't great at removing mascara. I don't wear heavy eye make-up and only two light coats of rimmel superlash, which isn't waterproof. After cleansing, my skin felt super clean and smooth but the panda eyes left behind took a lot if rubbing to remove. Eventually l gave up and resorted back to my old eye remover. My eyes were blurry and runny after cleansing and l found it difficult to use my phone or watch tv until l finally rinsed them for a third time. I will continue to use this balm but on my face only and use my old faithful eye cleanser to remove my eye make-up in future.

Absolutely love Byoma products would definitely recommend it’s the only make up remover that takes off my lip stain purchased twice now and will deffo purchase again when I run out

I've been searching for a mid to budget range cleansing balm to replace my expensive habit of a well known moringa scented pot of heaven whilst that was a luxe end product my wallet no longer could extend. So ive been trying other brands none have been a suitable alternative until I found this gem! Cute packaging, gorgeous texture that just melts on your face you can visibly see the mascara breaking down. When it is mixed with water it immediately emlusifies and comes off cleanly not leaving you with that still stuck on skin feel. Great price point, a little goes a long way. Now on my 2nd pot as part of my 2 step cleansing routine..

Quite thick and greasy to use but does melt away with warm water. Good for my dry skin.

Velvety balm melts into an oil that rinses off cleanly and leaves my skin soft and hydrated. The scent reminds me of a spa massage. Effectively removes makeup and skincare and controls oil for hours. Unique ingredients that deep clean and leave skin feeling soft and nourished without causing breakouts. Criminally negged and underrated skincare product! The negative reviews here are concerning- this is a CLEANSER. It will remove makeup like foundation, lip stain, spf, etc but it’s not a makeup remover- DO NOT rub it into your eyes to remove your waterproof mascara! It has surfactants! It warns you that it’s an eye irritant. Get a makeup remover to take off your waterproof eye makeup, this is a skin CLEANSER. It’s also not just a pre-cleanse, it’s a stand alone cleanser that doesn’t require a second cleanse. You CAN use it that way but that’s not all it is. It’s weird that this listing says “follow with your preferred second cleanser”because that doesn’t appear on the packaging or anywhere else. It actually says everywhere else that this is your cleansing step, follow with toner, including on the -recyclable- packaging that’s big enough to read. It’s only wasteful packaging if you’re not recycling it This is a beautiful nourishing cleanser for all skin types and does not contain glycerin.

If you need something that melts even your most stubborn/waterproof make up off your face, this balm is it! Goes on smooth, little goes a long way. Has a very mild scent and has never irritated my sensitive skin. Leaves you feeling clean without overdrying or stripping your skin. I don’t have to immediately run an grab moisturizer. Since you only use a little, I’ve had the same tub for almost 2 months so I’d say on top of being an amazing product it’s also a great value for your money. 10/10 would recommend

I love a good balm for removing my makeup. This is definitely a good balm. it removes makeup quickly and easily. It wipes off like a dream. Most important, it does not leave behind any kind of greasy feeling. I also love the packaging, cute, colorful and I like the way it feels in my hands.

The amount in the container is not as much as I expected, especially with the weight I felt but little goes a long way. Has a slight minty smell and overall I like it as my basic cleanser. Can’t tell you how well it works in terms of makeup but it does work on my oily T-zone without making my face feel stripped of everything.

Been using this for years now. Love and will keep buying. Takes off makeup so easily. Skin feels amazing.
