THESE CREATINE CAPSULES REALLY SEEM TO HELP ME - I'M A SENIOR FEMALE
I've been taking these 3 gram capsules of Creatine Monohydrate for about 6 weeks now (1/day), and I'm really starting to notice an improvement in my energy level and my muscular strength. I'm a senior female - turning 69 y/o tomorrow - and in recent years have experienced a significant decline in muscular strength and energy level. I was on prescription statins for a couple of decades, and finally forced my doctor to prescribe an alternative medication a couple of years back (due to significant muscle deterioration/pain). That did help somewhat (over time), but I was still dragging my butt around, didn't have the old vim/vigor of my youth and middle years. On the advice of my son (after doing my own research), I started myself on these capsules about a month-and-a-half back, and I'm starting to feel a lot more like I used to. Raked leaves for close to 2 hours yesterday, and don't even feel sore! I really think it's the Creatine caps. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them for fading seniors like me. I feel about 15 years younger!

Great replacement for powdered creatine, usually non-flavor creatine tastes weird to me

the best, purest and “cleanest’ (from toxins) is a source from Germany called Creapure. If it is not sourced from Germany or called Creapure, it is sourced from China or other countries with toxins in soil, so those toxins get into this supplement. This supplement is NOT CREAPURE, NOR SOURCED FROM GERMANY. Make sure you check out where your supplements are sourced. China is the worst, regarding harmful chemicals in their soils and into their supplements.
