this product is a fine quality product. Been taking this for several months. Does not cause issues with the stomach as some other brands do.

✅ I like this one because it is simple and uses a legitimately enhanced curcumin ingredient instead of plain turmeric powder. Researched Nutritionals is also a practitioner trusted brand. ‼️ My main hesitation is that the “46x more absorbable” line sounds amazing, but people can easily over-interpret that. It does not mean this will work 46 times better in the body in every practical way. It means the CurcuWIN form showed much higher absorption than standard curcumin in research. That is still meaningful, but it is not magic. ▪️curcumin itself is interesting because it is not just a generic turmeric ingredient. It interacts with oxidative stress pathways, inflammatory signaling, and cytokine activity, which is why it gets used so often for joint comfort, recovery, and broader inflammatory support. ▪️the biggest issue with curcumin has always been absorption. Plain curcumin is absorbed poorly, so the delivery system matters a lot. That is the main reason this product has a real argument behind it. ▪️CurcuWIN uses a dispersion technology to make curcumin more water-dispersible, which is the whole reason the absorption numbers are better than standard extract. So this is one of the few supplement categories where the formulation can matter just as much as the ingredient itself. ▪️that said, this is still only 500 mg per 2 capsules, and I do not automatically see that as a downside. So to me this is less “one is clearly better” and more two reputable practitioner-grade options using different absorption technologies. ▪️environmentally, this is better than a lot of liquid supplements because it is a simple capsule product with a short ingredient list and less packaging weight per serving. Still a plastic bottle though, so it is not especially low-waste since it’ll take hundreds of years to break down and landfill and fragment into micro plastics. ▪️some equal alternatives I found on Amazon: • Pure Encapsulations CurcumaSorb on Amazon , usually a very comparable practitioner-grade option with Meriva phytosome technology and a long clinical reputation. • Thorne Meriva 500-SF, another reputable practitioner-grade option on Amazon using Meriva technology and often a very logical comparison point. • Integrative Therapeutics Theracurmin HP, another well-known enhanced-absorption curcumin option from a reputable brand on Amazon . ⭐️ 4 stars. Good formula, clean label, and a real absorption advantage behind it, but I’d still like more practical dosing guidance and a little less marketing swagger around the 46x claim.

It is made in the USA, and the company's extensive website has a lot number search to look up the certificate of analysis for each lot. It uses CurcuWin, a branded formulation of turmeric extract that provides 20% curcuminoids instead of the standard 5%, and increases absorption with UltraSol. I also like that the capsules contain straight CurcuWin, without fillers such as plain turmeric powder. The capsules are normal-sized, odorless, and tasteless, and do not stick together. After taking for a month, I've had no side effects. I consider it to be a good value for the high quality.

This is my review for Curcumin Pure by Researched Nutritionals. I really like the Researched Nutritional Brand because of their superior quality all around. You most likely will not find them in a store other than Amazon because these were made exclusively for practioners. Researched Nutritional is headquartered in California. They are also manufactured in the USA in a cGmp facility. All their formulations are researched backed and every single batch is 3rd party lab tested. You will find a lot number on the bottom of each bottle that refers to its specific batch and it’s Certificate of Analysis (COA). (The data can be found on their website.) I love the simple formulation of just Curcumin without the ‘black pepper’ and without the many other nutrients that some other brands include thus making those pills larger and or more difficult to swallow or digest. Actually this isn’t ‘just’ ordinary curcumin. This curcumin has been made with something called ULTRASOL. I had to look that up of course! It seems that Curcumin does not like water. So in order to make it more available and more absorbable to our body (they state 46% more than other brands) they encapsulated the curcumin in a water loving carrier (UltraSol) so that when it reaches your gut it is readily absorbed! I had good results with this curcumin but the bottom line for me is that it takes fewer pills to get the same benefits for my aches and pains with this formula than with the many others out there. I have tried several of the top brands so I can whole heartedly vouch for that. I really love that these capsules are small and easy to swallow. They did not leave a bad taste or cause stomach distress or have any kind of odor.. I love everything about this brand and their quality and formulations but I’m not in love with the cost. The cost is above average but I guess that justifies their Research and Development.

I ordered these curcumin extract capsules primarily to help with inflammation and joint pain. The capsules are relatively small and easy to swallow. I didn’t noticed any bad taste in my mouth after swallowing, so I appreciate that. I started taking these and it seemed like it was a quality supplement. However, after doing more research, I realized it can interact with certain medications. Because of that, I decided to stop and wouldn’t feel comfortable continuing without talking to my doctor first. I didn’t notice any side effects when I started. The bottle came sealed and not damaged. The full dosage (2 capsules a day) is a little on the high side for long-term daily intake so, personally, one capsule is all I would take a day. At the reduced dosage, the bottle would last 60 days which makes it a good value. I think pricing is similar to others for 30 days. This might be a good product for some people but it wasn’t a good choice for me. Since I discontinued it after a short time, I can’t really comment on its overall effectiveness.
