Contains PORK!
Disappointed the advertising was deceptive and ended up with Elk and PORK. I don't eat pork so I will need to throw these ($25) out. The deception comes from the fact that the amazon description has no indication of PORK, and states the following - - 'PEARSON RANCH Elk Sticks 1 Ounce Elk Jerky Sticks Pack of 12 Exotic Meat, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, MSG-Free, High-Protein, Low-Fat, Paleo and Keto Friendly, Wild Game Meat Sticks' - - NO MENTION OF PORK except in much smaller print under the word ELK on the actual meat package which looked like some design when I ordered it. Not cool folks. The kind of slick and somewhat dishonest approach is no good.

Not all elk meat!
I am a bit disappointed. I was wanting the flavor of elk meat, but there is so much pork added that they actually taste like smoked pork sausages. The flavor of any elk meat in this blend is not even present! Don't get me wrong, they taste really good. They just don't taste like any elk meat I ever ate! I'm keeping them and eating them, but if anyone is looking for the real taste of elk, this isn't it! ...(Delivery was really quick)!
