Ideal for icing my shoulder after my rehab exercises following a rotator cuff injury.

I do like this product, but I also have a few gripes.Pros: It's got a good surface area so covers a lot of your shoulder, it keeps cool for longer than a smaller pack. It really does help alleviate pain when you get it onto the area well.Cons: It really helps alleviate pain IF you can get it onto the area well. It's a bit fiddly, and sometimes doesn't really get to touching the front or back of my delt. It's really hard to try and adjust to get this to happen, so sometimes it just doesn't really help much. It's quite fiddly to get on anyway, and there's a lot of material at the 'top' of the product which brushes my neck a lot.The above being said, when it does hit the spot boy does it hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this, but just know it's not a perfect product.

This is by far the best thing I have bought for my rotor cuff problems. Absolute game changer. I only wish I had got one earlier.

Not the most comfortable but cheap and does the job

Obviously not a cure for a torn rotator cuff (you need a doctor and/or physiotherapy), but it did lessen the pain a bit after use and allow me to do some stretching exercises.

Gel mostly located in the bicep section, needed it to cover the top section of my shoulder where the problem is located. Product is not robust enough as it developed a hole in it after just 2 uses, nit really fit for purpose to use as a heat gel.Had to order an alternative product awaiting arrival, waste of money buying this one should have purchased the more expensive option originally. I guess you get what you pay for
