LEKI Trail Trekking Pole (Pair)

I used to have a terrible problem with carpal tunnel do to the pressure exerted on my wrists with my curved canes. I surmised that IF I could use a walking stick that the nerves would not be as aggravated. Viola, my carpal tunnel is a thing of the past. I now walk in an upright stance, my balance is substantially improved, and the constant throbbing due to carpal tunnel has all but faded into a distant memory. I couldn't be happier. And as a side note, I Love telling people I'm going skiing, it always brings a laugh!

they work great they are light easy to use and are really strong and if you flip them up side down the work well supporting my tarp

The hand grip on this pole is the most secure I have found anywhere and I have been using trekking poles for years to compensate for various back and hip issues. I only wish the color was not so in your face white and red but was darker like other Leki poles.

Poles change length easily and are comfortable. But the poles bent the first time I used them.

Returned these for the next step up and the replacement poles were great.
