Well made, good grip and useful rope for attaching it to a pull up bar. The rope can be detached if you want to clip a carabiner to them instead.

The shackles feel well able to hold someone considerably heavier than my 13st. The ball grips are grippy and I can feel my forearms working to maintain my grip, as was hoped. I have mine hanging from a chinup bar outside though the ropes look more suited to inside use.

Have been using them for a month now and have to say a Quality top of the range gym product.

Quality solid piece of kit

Very happy with these, using them in my garage for some hanging exercises. Very well made, long rope to tie them around beams etc, and generally you can tell it is a quality product.

Great product only one slight little setback is that they’re uneven. One side seems to have more stretch compared to the other and this leaves around 2 inch deficit which is hard to make up and actually if this is important to you really messes with things because you can’t adjust it to make it even, So if you’re into offset training it may serve you very well however….please be aware that these products are not the same length (at least for mine) and from the reviews I can see for others as well. I have pointed this out to the seller, but they only offered me a 15% discount or to return it, which I found quite an insult as there’s no acceptance of the actual problem from their end lol I hope this helps someone before they buy them, just be aware because it’s a thing you can’t actually change, regardless of wrapping it around to adjust length, you can’t, they’re not even and there’s no way to make them even unless you cut them I suppose, anyway….. Apart from that, they’re quite good quality for the price.

Esta bastante bien. Recomendado. Es de buena calidad. Hago pull-ups con esto y todo muy bien. Pero tiene un problema, la longitud de la cuerda no es la misma y eso va a generar un problema al hacer el ejercicio. Pueden devolverlo y pedir otro para que no tenga el defecto.

Been very happy with these. I have used them numerous times at the gym with the cable crossover. They add a different grip and work muscles differently. They are not hard and have some flex to the ball which makes it comfortable. If you have larger hands you might find them too small and will probably want a larger size but these will work.

Love these - non-slip and easy on the wrist while training grip strength - very much an excellent tool from beginner to expert. I recommend these to anyone especially who want to get rid of hand and joint pain via training and exercise.
