I like to make a couple days worth of cold brew ...
I like to make a couple days worth of cold brew coffee for myself and this is perfect. I thought the glass was a little thin but it hasn't broken yet and I am like a barbarian in the kitchen. If you are just starting out, this and a good hand grinder is all you need. I fill the stainless strainer with coarsely ground coffee an inch from the top, fill it with water and toss it in the fridge for at least 24 hours. I have left it in the fridge for 3-4 days with the grounds in on accident and it was still good, but a tad bitter. Hope this helps

Great Buy!
It makes a very nice cold brew. Make sure to grind your coffee beans for drip, not espresso cause the smaller the grind, the more it slips thru filter & into your coffee. I also use mine when I buy concentrated bottles of cold brew bc it's measurement marks go from top to bottom & that makes filling it correctly very easy.Would definitely recommend. It's well worth the money & cold brew coffee has less acidity than regular hot brewed. That works for me!

Two Stars
ours broke(cracked) after 1 day. There was a pellet sized hole in the bottom, glass too thin.

Don't do it
This glass container is so thin it is not a matter if you break it, only a matter of when. The filter that comes with is not the greatest either, but there is no doubt you will break the glass container. Maybe you'll get lucky and your will break in the sink. I was not so lucky. Mine broke on my counter top and spill coffee and ground every where.

Not true 64 ounces and confusing at first
The cylindrical filter that holds the coffee takes up a significant amount of space so you're not getting a true 64 Oz carafe of coffee. It also had limited instructions on the box so we weren't sure how much coffee to use. We filled the entire filter up at first and it took 25 minutes to pour water in and was way too strong. Less than is too weak. It works for what was paid for it but probably wouldn't buy again.

Good basic cold brew carafe
I took a chance on this cold brew carafe because it didn't have any reviews at the time I bought it. My risk was rewarded with a good carafe that i use almost daily. It has worked exactly as i expected and has made my cold brewing process a lot faster and it doesnt take as long to filter out the grounds. Seems to be pretty solidly made despite it being made of glass. However I wouldn't attempt a drop test. I like that it has measurements in ounces on the side. And the angled spout keeps the coffee in my glass.

Easy to Use
I like the taste of the coffee brewed by this system. The system is simple to use, easy to maintain and clean. Love it!

Fell apart
I enjoyed this cold brew maker initially as it’s one of the largest I could find. However, I began to notice due to the tapered pitcher shape of the carafe that the coffee grounds towards the top of of the insert are hardly submerged in water so the coffee after 24-36 hours taste weak compared to other smaller cold brew makers which are typically a symmetrical carafe. So I started making it a point to stir the coffee grounds occasionally only for the insert that holds the coffee grounds to fall apart? This until only lasted me 2-3 months max. I find the symmetrical oval type cold brewers to make a stronger brew
