Were huge LOTR fans and just started getting into puzzles, the size and quality of the pieces are sturdy and everything fits so well. The design is super cool with the lettering on the back for when you think the shapes fit and don't go together

Beautiful, not overly challenging

This was a challenging but fun puzzle. I haven't put together a jigsaw puzzle in at least 30 years, so I had my work cut out for me, but I enjoyed it. I don't know if it's typical or not, but the pieces have a design on the back (letters of the alphabet), which was incredibly helpful for those pieces you're not quite sure about.I only have two complaints: First, the the cost (but everything costs too much these days) and second, the picture on the front of the box wasn't an exact replica of the puzzle - at least around the outside edges. However, it did come with a nice poster, which I realized (after I'd put the puzzle together) DID match the puzzle.

This Lord of the Rings 1000-piece puzzle had so much potential. The image itself was beautiful, and all the pieces were there, which is always a plus. Unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t up to par. The image layer on many pieces was poorly adhered and would often peel or flake off during assembly.We ended up using super glue and a generous amount of Mod Podge to salvage it, but that’s not something you should have to do with a brand-new puzzle. If the manufacturer improves the printing quality, this would be a fantastic buy. Until then, be ready for some extra effort.

We love puzzles and usually have no reason to rate them under 4 stars. We have finished every puzzle regardless of how hard it is and we are lucky that we have never had a puzzle with missing pieces. This was AWFUL quality. The pieces barely fit together and I kept having to flip it over to see if the letters matched up. Even when the letters matched, the puzzles didn't seem like they should fit together. Also when I was placing a piece, my thumb nail made an impression on the puzzle pieces and sometimes it chipped the color off the pieces. The worst quality puzzle I have ever experienced and we ended up not finishing it.
