Works great
Our old Mr. Coffee tea makers pot broke and apparently they don’t make replacements in the right size anymore. They want a ridiculous price for a new tea maker, so I saw this one and the price was reasonable so I bought it. It works just fine and the black color matches our kitchen.

Exceptional tea maker
I really missed my old tea maker that I wore out and was so hesitant on purchasing a new one, however, this brand of tea maker is exceptional! I had a little trouble at first but once I figured out to turn the pitcher sideways it fits perfectly under the basket. It's sleek and stores nicely without taking up a lot of space. The quality is truly great and I have no complaints at all! Would recommend if you like a fast easy way to keep tea stocked for the summer.

This is an awesome appliance. I love it. It was easy to use and makes the best iced tea, iced coffee, hot tea, hot coffee. Absolutely great to use.

Make sure everything’s aligned or it will leak
You have to put it exact and there’s nothing for it to click into. If you’re off a little bit water and tea will both leak out on the counter.

Great design, quality and value. My husband makes tea weekly and we’ve never had a problem

Defective plastic
Machine is great. Unfortunately the pitcher is made of thin plastic, barely bumped in the fridge and shattered the bottom. The company wants more than the entire machine to send the replacement pitcher. Customer service was not helpful.
