Great for elderly safety. Height is wonderful as you can reach the ceilings and taller cabinets with ease. Larger weight capacity makes it very sturdy. With handrails, ladder still folds down to a small footprint and easy to store. Much lighter than the three step ladder we have now. Will be replacing two step ladders with this one (a two step and a three step). Buyer satisfied and this ladder highly recommended.

Update: The seller promptly reached out and kindly offered a refund for the pouch. Moreover, I've been using this ladder to reach a bird feeder that's up high on a post. I do NOT do well with heights but, due to the steadiness of this ladder and security of the rails, I'm able to climb higher on this ladder than any of our other ladders. So happy I ordered it!------------------I can't seem to find a way to contact the seller about this issue, just a way to start a return for the entire thing, so I guess I'll leave this as a product review and hope to be contacted. The little pouch for the ladder is torn on one side (the seam has come apart). We would love a replacement or a discount/refund for that.The ladder itself is great though. My husband and I couldn't be happier with it.

This is a little heavier than step stools without handles, but more than makes up for it with sturdiness, ease of use and easy fold. Perfect for someone with large feet and who need to hold on to something as they ascend the steps.

I bought this ladder because I am getting older and wanted something for balance and this is just perfect. The foot steps are wider which is great. The handles on the sides are great and the holder for tools and other items were perfect. I would recommend this step ladder to anyone who needs extra support. It is sturdy and lightweight. I appear the height of this ladder and the hand rails that make it safer than the average ladder!

Ladder itself seems pretty sturdy, but both the locking mechanism to hold steady when opened, and the attaching points for the handrails are very flimsy.Also, the top two holes in the ladder frame weren’t drilled all the way through, I had to drill out both sides.

Like the height, easy to put together. Careful on uneven floors, does wobble, still stable and sturdy. Wide steps make moving around the ladder easier.

Product description says it weighs 8.9 lbs. NOT so. It weighs nearly 20 lbs.
