I use Ignatia when my moods are all over the place and find it very helpful. Despite current media trends I'm a great believer in Homeopathy. The dispenser that Helios use is the best I've come across, hold the bottle upside down and twist the cap and your remedy is delivered into the lid for you to pop into your mouth without the need to touch the remedy (which you aren't supposed to do apparently). Very convenient and easy, unlike other makes out there.
