Quality fork stand
This might be a little more expensive than others, but I have Kreitler rollers and wanted to be confident this fork stand would line up perfectly without any do-it-myself fixes. I got this because I needed a stable platform to ease into rehab following ACL replacement surgery. Using rollers as they are was too risky, maybe even riskier than just biking around the neighborhood. This allowed me to stay out of traffic, not have to do any sudden stops or maneuvers to put undue stress on my knee, stay out of the intense Florida summer heat and typical thunderstorms, and stick to a regimen for recovery. And for that purpose it was exactly what I needed. It was definitely cheaper than investing in a new stationary trainer. If you already have rollers, this allows you to use it as an easy low-resistance trainer. I do not think it would work to train you to learn how to actually ride on rollers. Search the web for how-to on beginners using rollers (some of the videos are funny, others show some extreme talent, and everything in between).

If you have Kreitler’s roller...
Like all Kreitler products, they build like a tank, but somewhat over priced.My roller came in perfect, but forks stand needs thinner shim, or one of the bolt would not engage.

Works great!
Just had my first ride. After taking many years off of cycling, jumping right on the rollers I wiped out twice. So I had some hesitance to use them. This is the perfect "trainer wheels" until I'm comfortable again!

So far have had no issues. I use it with nashbar rollers. Seems to fit perfectly well. I always inspect prior to each time I get on the bike (for any looseness and to make sure my back tire is between the back 2 rollers). It definitely makes you concentrate more on having an even pedal stroke.

I bought this in Summer, 2015 and have used it just about every day since. I had 2 shoulder surgeries so couldn't ride my bike or my rollers. Excellent choice..

Great ride...great workout...no slipping off the side
Added this forkstand to my set of Kreitler alloy rollers with the Killer Headwind. Makes everything so much easier. Easy to connect/disconnect the fork. Don't have to focus/work on keeping the bike centered on every ride now. Can turn on the big screen or simply get lost in some tunes while pushing through a long workout...especially helpful when winding down from a long and tiring day.
