There are a couple of things that could be better. The pedals should have deeper cleats to hold your foot in place. The Shimano gears could be adjusted to be more precise. However the performance and value of these bikes are excellent. My husband assembled the bike quickly and easily. (He's 80 years old.). I had an issue and contacted Jasion. They replied to me in less than 24 hours. The information allowed my husband to fix the problem. So again, I am very satisfied with my purchase and am enjoying my bike.I have not needed to go beyond power level 2 as the motor is very peppy. I do pedal and have found in 24 mile ride with hills, the battery did not bo down even one bar.

I was excited to try out this bike. I assembled it in minutes. Once the battery was charged and I was able to start it an error code came up. It said error 22. When I looked up the code it had stated that something could be wrong with the wiring. So I followed wire up to the throttle and saw that a piece connected to the throttle was broken due to package travel damage. So I contacted the company right away. They were kind and considerate. They were able to send me a new throttle piece (free of charge). I was able to easily replace the piece. Within minutes I was able to enjoy my bike. It rides great in the area I live in (lots of dirt roads) and the battery life last me all week long which what I needed.

I received the bike 2 weeks ago, unfortunately, the throttle was received damaged, I emailed the company, and they sent a replaced right away, I tested the bike today, and I am delighted! 👍🏆

First impression-love the look of the bikes. They are CUTE and the perfect size for our RV storage sitch. Everything seems pretty sturdy, should hold up well for paved bike-trail riding. Seat is comfortable, handlebars easily adjustable, and the controls are very intuitive. I love the little horn! I even moved the control panel and screen for easier access.INSTALLATION TIP: The owners manual for this specific bike is not in the material they send you, nor is it on their website. This is an EB7 2.0 ST. It has BMX-style flip handlebars they call turtle handlebars. They come shipped already partially assembled. Screen, control panel, tires, lights, wiring and seat are already assembled. For all of the videos you have to put these pieces on/together individually. Those steps are not necessary with this bike. It does come folded and it's VERY stiff the first few times you open and close the bike. For the handlebar installation: remove the 1 inch spacer, aluminum cap and bolt from the top of the handlebar post - this is how you will find them right out of the box. Loosen the adjustable nuts on the handlebars themselves with the allen wrench provided, place the handlebar over the post. This next part is important: FLIP THE HANDLEBARS OPEN, put the aluminum cap and long bolt in the center post hole, then tighten it all down with the allen wrench. You will not need the 1inch spacer. If you don't put that cap and bolt INSIDE the handlebars it won't fit. There is nothing in the installation manuals or video that tells you this step. When the handlebars are installed without the cap inside the handlebars they are too loose to use safely. They do say in the video to save these pieces as you will need them again, but then they don't tell you where they go. Once the handlebars WITH the cap and bolt are installed, straighten them to line up with the front tire and use the allen wrenches to tighten everything down. This lack of information on the center cap and bolt was frustrating for us, and required me to reach out to customer service. Thankfully, I got a quick reply (even though they didn't answer their help line number). I will update my review once I have some miles on the bike, but do love them so far!

I bought two of the Jasion ebikes at the same time . I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bikes. The welds abd fit of the components were on the money. The bike is fast and has plenty of power. I will be buying a bigger seat sense I am an old fat dude. I highly recommend these bikes 👍👍👍

We noticed that the handlebars were very loose when putting the bike together. Something on the underside of the stem (the screw and the upper cover back in the stem) would not allow us to tighten the screw and would not let us get the bolt out. I reached out to Jasion and sent pictures, and they said they would send out a replacement stem. We received the stem, but it was not the correct part. I added a video showing the bike's issue when I sent the initial email. It was the silver bolt and upper cover that is back in the stem. They responded and asked if we tried tightening the bolt. They stated they would send out a new fork. I explained that the bolt would not tighten and that we could not reach from the underside. I explained that we would not be able to replace the fork because we could not remove the silver bolt. They stated that we could take the new bike to a repair shop and ask them to help determine what the issue was with the bike. We ended up taking the bike to a repair shop and the shop had a tool that would reach the bolt. When he got the bolt out, it was completely warped. I asked them to send a replacement bolt with the fork. They told me the fork had been shipped, and the bolt was included. We received the fork but no bolt. They emailed back and told me I could go to a hardware store and pick up an M10*40 bolt, and they would reimburse me. I called Jasion, and they told me that Amazon orders are only dealt with through email and not through the phone. Fast forward over a month later, and our son has yet to ride this bike. It was a birthday present that we have yet to use. I am so disappointed with this purchase. I should have gone to a local dealer and purchased the bike.

This is my first ebike and it is a pleasant surprise that this Jasion EB7 2.0 is a solid bike with everything I need. The build quality is great and assembly was easier than I've expected.
