Unit is sturdy
Only one of the polls unscrews, anchors are just ok. Unit is strong and nice.

Don't buy this item!
This is for wrapping paper, NOT RIBBON!! I bought it for ribbon and was waiting for my room to be ready to install it. I should have opened the package and looked to see that the ends don't come off to slide anything on, and fabric ribbon holes do NOT fit over the huge ends!! Wish I could return it!! Also lame that the screws that come with it are the wrong kind for drywall, and the wrong size - the holes on the rack are huge!

We use this in our flower shop
We have this in our Flowershop and use it every day with our corsage ribbons. It’s fantastic. Would highly suggest if you have a Flowershop to get one of these it holds a ton of ribbon.

Pole Ends to big for most Ribbons!`
This unit is very sturdy how ever one big problem the the end balls are to big to go through most ribbons. I had to remove them with a cutting torch. They need to make them were they are slip on or screw on not welded.

Product itself GREAT, Hardware is bad.
The hardware included are concrete anchors. Unless you have cinder block or cement walls, these will not work, even their installation video shows the stud flopping around. There’s no chance a steel-shanked slip anchor will tighten in drywall. Just use some ordinary plastic drywall anchors with ordinary screws and you will be VERY happy with the remainder, majority of this product.

Mounting
Item was good but screws supplied for mounting did not work…when screwed in they just stripped. We had to drill bigger holes, use new anchors and screws.

Because of the price. I liked the idea though. So I got small curtain rods and copied the concept.
