I will update later, after I see how the notebook holds up , but first impression is excellent. I've bought the paper back notary journals in the past and over time they just don't hold up well the covers start to rip and fall off. So this time I figured I'd go with a hardback and this looks great, professional , and much more sturdy. I also really like the page setup, it will make it much easier to keep individual signings seperate from another.

This product is of great value with a durable cover and a professional appearance, allowing for 474 journal entries. The fields are compliant with the legal requirements for record keeping. I am happy with the quality of this product and recommend it as a professional tool for every Notary.

NICE, ORGANIZED..

I decided to forgo the standard long log journal most notaries are accustomed to due the awkward size and I'm glad I found this. It is a standard size and fits in a bag much better. It has all of the things you would probably want in a notary journal. Outside of the obvious information needed to perform your work, it has a pen loop, elastic to use as a bookmark or keep it closed, a bookmark ribbon to quickly go to your next job, thick paper to prevent pen bleeding, and a privacy guard so people don't see the information of a previous job. Overall, this is a great notary journal.

When I first became a notary public, I got the standard really long, flimsy book to tract the signatures. It's so unwieldy, such an odd size, and with a thin plastic cover, so easy to get bent out of shape. I saw this and thought finally! Someone has made a really usable notary journal! Has everything that is needed on the pages. Nice dark clear, sharp print. Heavier crisp white pages. Nice hard covers that will stand up to a beating and keep the contents secure. Has an elastic strap to keep it closed, or use as a bookmark. And a loop to keep a pen, not included. Fits in the bookshelf like a normal book. Came in great condition, no damage, and quick. Very happy.
