Great for the price

Seem to get soft quickly, and if you have chronic dry lips it may stick to you
Overall I like them, but they get soft much faster than I expected. My lips are also often dry, which causes them to get stick on these straws. Not to obad tho, so it is ok. There are good for get-togethers since I only have a few metal or glass straws.

Saving the planet one straw at a time
These straws are biodegradable paper so they won't be staying in the landfill or ocean forever. I ordered the "birthday" design. They are so festive and I will use them all of the time for myself and guests. I also like the way the biodegradable box is designed for easy storage and use. There is a "one hour durability guarantee." I have used these straws in my cans of soda water for well over two hours with no problems. Recycling and using paper straws is one small and relatively inexpensive way to help out our planet, sea creatures and future generations. Highly recommend these straws.

Beautiful
Beautiful and great for party. Kids love them so much.

Last for one drink
This is about the same size as the generic white plastic straws most big box stores sell. It lasts for about one drink but I do take my time with my mixed drinks so for my guests who drink fast it lasts 2-3 drinks before the straw gets soggy.

Sturdy paper straws
These reusable paper straws are sturdy and great for everyday use. They do not bend or break easily when dry. Even when applying a considerable amount of force and twisting for a few seconds, I have not been able to break one of these straws. Once they are in liquid, they soften up a bit, but the part that doesn't touch the liquid remains sturdy, so you are hypothetically able to use the same straw throughout the day (we use ours in reusable Munchkin plastic cups and rarely go through more than one a day). I took off a star for the "design": the print of the birthday icons is so tiny you have to use a magnifying glass to make out what it is. Kind of silly, really, but other than that these straws are great!

Typical paper straws
The designs are small enough they do not look like birthday straws without close inspection. They just look fun and colorful. As for quality, they do not unravel in your drink but the interior gets soggy and begins to break down. The photo is after about 30 minutes in chocolate milk.
