I’m a dancer and I’ve been wanting a muscle roller for a while. I have another one but it doesn’t work as amazing as this one. The section in the middle rolls whenever you use the handles on a muscle. It’s so relaxing to roll out sore muscles with this roller. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to roll out sore muscles but also not feel pain while doing it.

Hadn't come across these sticks before, but glad I have. I have an upcoming knee op and afterwards a LOT of exercise. This stick will help relieve some tension in muscles. Similarly, following other jobs such as gardening it will help when one 'over-does it'.The stick itself is well made and is 46cm long and about 3.7cm wide at mid-point. It comes in a well-constructed cardboard box (good if the stick is for a present). Handles at either end are grey with green grip areas and the central part of the stick has four 'humped' and hard rollers (green) which move freely. It's made in Taiwan. There are no instructions with the packaging, but printed on the outer box are two humanoid characters with muscle areas flashed in red. You can also find ideas on YouTube.It is easy to use the stick on leg areas and, single-handedly on the arms. You can get limited use on the back (depending how far you can reach). You can use the stick on the back of the neck with two hands, but on the side neck and shoulder you may not get enough pressure with one hand. But a willing person to use the stick will suffice!The stick comes at a great price and I've given a 5* rating even at this stage.

I have suffered 24 hour pain in the calves of my legs for the last 12 years following an accident which shattered my heels and damaged muscles. My physio tried your massager on my calves on Monday......my own arrived yesterday, Weds. It is fantastic, I can massage my own muscles and free them up. Cheaper than a weekly leg massage. For anyone I would say it's cheap enough, give it a try. To cut the pain is great!!!!

A good, sturdy product that is easy to use. I recently ran a half marathon without a great deal of training (I know, I know) and when I got home I used this massage stick and had no stiffness the next day. I'm not saying this is going to cure all aches and pains but it's helped me.The delivery was quick and the box, packaging and item itself looked and feel professional and well made. There's no instructions but, without asking, the suppliers emailed a PDF of instructions that were easy to use and follow.In short, I'd highly recommend the purchase of this massage stick.

Decent. Well made. Does the job and does it well. No-one enjoys foam rolling but we've got to do it. This is about 2 steps down from that torturous device but has similar impact. It's small enough to take with you and easy enough to use in sporting intervals. Also a good recovery tool after the gym or sport. Fully recommended

Handy roller purchased to compliment a standard foam roller I use. Works well. Does hurt but I guess that's the idea! Use frequently and haven't had any issues. Would pluck the odd hair from your leg so beware!
