The media could not be loaded. It is a good product. I only used it for a bit, not for long and it works really well. It is good that it has speed adjustments so one can work as per their choice of speed. Also tried using it for dead skin on my feet and it works well there as well, only need to make sure that you’re not using it at a very high speed and at the same spot for long or you’ll hurt yourself in the process. The only downside is that the nail clipper as shown in the image does not come with the package. I tried replacing and getting another package but still got everything except the nail clipper. It is kind of a false advertising so I hope amazon takes a look at that. Other than that it is a good product for someone starting into nail tech and nail art.

EDIT: After contacting the company about my issue listed below in my original review, they immediately sent out a replacement drill.Communication with the seller was excellent!I have had a chance to use the replacement drill and everything is working perfectly so far. Very happy customer.Original review:At first I was nervous that there was no way to tighten bits, but the provided bits felt secure. Secure they were! After trying to switch out one of the cuticle bits, I realized it was in there very tightly. I could not pull it out by hand so tried needle nose pliers with a cloth wrapped around to protect the bit. Needless to say, the bit snapped off and the post is now stuck in the drill.

This is a good nail drill for beginners! Works very well and comes with lots of replacements and tools. Highly recommend.

The tools work great, only issue was it did not come with the nail clippers as shown in the picture but I was sent a refund for that product. Overall really good purchase.

Three star rating because I wrote immediately after receiving this for my wife that it did not come with the nail clippers in the package, and no response was received. Now you’re asking for a review, so i decided to review that nothing was done about this. Other than that she says the sanding bits are a bit cheap but will get the job done.
