CarPlan Demon Pour On Shine, 5 L

I used to use a spray thing called "wax on wet", which needed spraying then wiping / buffing. I saw this product and decided to try it. It arrived quickly, well packed. I followed some advice elsewhere in the reviews, which was to mix with shampoo and water in a spray bottle. I have a 2 litre pump spray thing from supermarket so I mixed 200mls of this stuff, 200mls of car wash (liquid gold shampoo) and 1.5litres water. How I use it is to wet car with hose, go round with the spray and give a decent coverage of car (took ~100mls of the mix) then I use a large soft brush to simply wash car then rinse with hose. Brilliant results. Looks like a first rinse after waxing. Product advises driving the car to run off the excess water, but unless your water is very "hard" or high in minerals, I guess this isn't essential. Certainly the 3 washes I have given so far haven't needed it. I drive high mileage so end up washing my car ~twice weekly as I don't like to be in a grubby car. This is quick, easy and gives great results.

Great for using after wash and wax to get extra shine. I’d decant this into a smaller spray bottle as pouring would use too much product and prevent it from drying while polishing. Few sprays working the product across the area and continue until dry and smear free.

I give this 5 stars because it really does work! I don't follow the manufacturers instructions as to application, I dilute it as directed and put it into a little 2lt pump spray. Give the car a good wash with a cheap-n-cheerful car wash liquid (don't use washing-up liquid though because it's full of salts!!) and rinse off well, making sure that all the soap is washed off! Then, give a few pumps to build up pressure and then just spray over the car while it is still wet from the bottom up (avoiding the windscreen - It's ok on side windows and rear screen though) until it's all gone, squeegee/leather off the excess and finish by polishing to a high shine with 2 microfibre cloths - 1 to dry with and the other to polish, changing regularly for a dry one when they get wet. Just a point before doing what I do; It is important to get this done quite quickly - before it dries - especially on glass because droplets that dry will leave marks that are hard to rub off! To prevent this happening, I squeegee and polish off the roof first, then the windscreen, followed by the side windows and rear screen before I do the rest of the bodywork. I use this on my car after every wash. It leaves a really good shiny finish, I'd recommend this to anyone! Would I buy it again? I already have!

You can 'drive around' to dry but i'd recommend wiping it off after applying as it leaves marks when it dries (they look like water marks). Once it had rained and the top layer washed off it looks great and does what it says - as mentioned, it can look a bit messy if not properly finished. For the price, finish and ease of application you can't complain.

demon shine works on a clean car and works well. i also use it on the car's windscreen to bead off water. its an easy product to use, does what it says, and if purchased in bulk it becomes good value too. so easy to add to water in a bucket and wipe over the car. i take the car out for a drive after use to blast the water off and upon return the car is gleaming. note it works best on good paintwork, its not a restorer. recommended for anyone that doesnt want to spend effort and hours using traditional wax

Been using this stuff for years now and it does exactly what's it made to do! I find the best way to use it is by (1) Washing car and rinsing leaving car wet (2) Using a standard garden type spray bottle with stream rather than mist spray fill half with Demon Shine and half with water. (3) Spray over complete car and you will see straight away that the water left on car will bead. (4) Rinse car again with either a watering can or hose without attachment on the end as this stuff beads so well that it will leave a lot of water to towel off if you 'mist' rinse it. (5) Dry with a towel. (6) Job done! The benefit from using this stuff is that you can have a car that looks like you've spent time polishing when all you've done is wash it! I find that during the winter months it's great as a quick fix especially if like me you commute every day and like a very clean looking car. I used to polish my car every month but since using this stuff I only do it every 6mths as the polished finish is maintained! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I frequently use this product after cleaning the car. It is used on an older car and a new car that has Gardex coating, and it leaves a fantastic shine. It is easy to apply and doesn't require any heavy polishing. Water droplets bead-up nicely on the panels when it rains.

Fantastic product does exactly what it says on its end. I will definitely be keep buying this brilliant
