I can’t recommend this inexpensive herbal remedy enough for helping me to keep on top of mild-medium hormonal acne. I have taken them on and off for over 20 years now. I’ve tried other remedies with little success but these combined with spearmint tea daily (there is a published scientific study which found that spearmint tea can reduce acne inflammation - I found it to be true for me) do the trick. Acne can be devastating to a person’s confidence and these are affordable and genuinely work.

Arrived within a good time period. It will take a few weeks to see if the product reduces my teenagers spots but good value for money so worth a go.

Quick delivery. Only been taking for couple weeks so yet to see any results. After reading all the positive reviews I'm happy to continue to try as I understand can take longer than this to work.

These do not work. I have suffered with acne since 14 years old and I am now 20. I have made the connection between mind, body and soul and found that living a vegan lifestyle has healed my skin. I am unfortunate enough that my body reacts badly to many foods and i have accepted this and now eat as cleanly as possible. Three tablets a day won't solve your acne, you need to heal your body from eating a bad diet and it will show within your skin.
