Letting the company name down!
Love Tempur! Got the bed frame, mattress and pillows, it is magical to sleep in it every night. Therefore I bought and tried the travel pillow. Alas this travel pillow is horrific, it is like putting a block of immovable concrete around your neck, very heavy and uncomfortable. I can’t believe it is from the same company, not sure how this was thought to be an acceptable product. I cannot recommend at all.

This is quite comfy although the neck hole is a bit tight. Hoping it softens with use.

Great item but should come with a cover for that price.

Too tight
The neck pillow is good quality as you would expect from Tempur, however it is very firm and tight on the neck so it makes it feel like your bring choked.
