Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year.

Amazing pc!
no it’s really not, this whole company is a scam. do not buy from them, you are paying practically all this money for looks. these other reviews give you hope but at the end of the day for the money you are spending you shouldn’t have the hassle. damn pc wouldn’t even display and I spent 4 hours on calling people, having people help me out and dissembling the pc entirely and putting it together and nothing still. hey but the rgb fans worked perfectly fine so there’s that.

Can’t game on it.
Bought this pc for my son in March. We have had nothing but issues with it since day 1. Updated everything like we were supposed to everything looks fine, it’s ok if your only using to check email, facebook and amazon, but absolutely sucks for gaming. The games will load and kick you out as soon as you start to get into a match. I’ve had several people look at it. It’s just way out of date.

Great computer, poor shipping
I only gave this computer 4 stars because it arrived cracked. This was my son’s Christmas present and he said it’s amazing but the entire side of the computer is shattered. It would be too long and inconvenient to return and reorder. The computer works great as he uses it to play games with his friends

I love this computer.
This computer was a steal for the price and the specs. I am just a casual gamer, I play Elder Scrolls Online and Neverwinter Online. This computer makes them look great, with the highest limits. It's also really beautiful. I had some questions and the seller answered very quickly. I was not contacted to leave a review or anything like that, I bought the computer and I love it. It's really fast and the only drawback was that I can't upgrade to Windows 11 since some of the hardware is not compatible, yet! I hope that will change but if it doesn't it still is a great computer for the price! Oh, I want to add that the wifi and the Bluetooth are not cards that are installed but USB plugins. For me, that's no big deal because I use my internet directly plugged in and I don't use Bluetooth for anything. It might be useful for other people to know.

They glued the Rams in (BIG TELL something is wrong with them)
Highly irritated, when I set this PC up for my sister (for Christmas) today (12/28/25) I noticed the Pc kept turning on and off repeatedly, not actually powering on. Upon inspection, I noticed the Rams were glued in (which it absolutely SHOULDNT BE), I pushed them back in and the Pc worked for about an hour before the ram fell out AGAIN. I’m not sure if I should even take a chance doing a replacement because I’m going to be more than unhappy if I see that Ram glued like that again. If rams are not staying in on its own then it’s not reliable you should never use glue to hold them in place and it don’t even work anyways hence how I figured out they were loose in the first place, Rams should not fall out that easy! I built my own PC, so I know how they work, I should’ve just built my own instead of wasting my time hoping this would just be ready to set up and go. Very dissatisfied, other than that the computer worked perfectly up until that happened again (only reason for 2 stars). Very irritating and I’m very inconvenienced, considering this is a Christmas present that is now going to have to wait until I get a refund to even decide if I want to try to replace or just find something else.

Could could be better but overall a great pc
If your playing games like total war, civ 6, lost ark, ect. You'll be able to play them no problem. Came out of the box ready and I just had to plug it in and play. Nothing damaged and it works how I want it to. It's pretty. Only thing is that the cpu could be a little better it's a i7 4770. So it'll play most lower end games but don't expect to play AAA games unless you upgrade the cpu and gpu. Overall though a great pc if you just plan on playing casual or strategy games.
