Unlike poly-fill, feather/down lasts forever and doesn't get lumpy. The product is more than worth the slight additional cost. I am a returning ComfyDown customer because the price is good and the quality very nice.

The pillow insert is of good quality and shipped quickly. If ordering again, however, I would order a size larger. It is 16 x 16 but the puffiness makes it function like it is 14 x 14. If you have an existing pillow cover that is 16 x 16 it will not fill up the entire case. I was able to make it work by adding additional stuffing to my pillow cover. I still gave it 5 stars for the quality and the good customer service, but order a size larger than you think you need.
