Better than electronic and much cheaper
They work fast with wonderful results. I compared them to electrical traps and these court far more fruit flies and very fast. They were wonderful, and very affordable.

Works Very Well - No Kidding
We had a lot of fruit flies from other apartment units (we are very clean and cover all foods, and dump trash regularly). This apple WORKS. Within hours the fruit flies hovered around it and then they died inside the apple. We have two apples now and the fruit flies mainly hang around them. They are no longer all over the house. Not many fruit flies left. They keep dying inside the apples.

Mostly effective, and for German roach nymphs
These have been somewhat effective. While I have seen less of these pests when I've got this active, I've also seen them literally just hangout on top of the apple. It's like it can see its dead incestuous disgusting family in the goo and it actually takes it as a warning to not proceed. Perhaps I should stop reusing the same trap... Once this stuff runs out, the pests start right back up again. Not as dense as before, but it is noticeable. I'd rather have this than nothing, that's for sure. I wish this came with way more of the liquid. I feel like I have too many apples and not enough liquid. This seller doesn't appear to sell the liquid in bulk, you just have to buy more traps, which is annoying. I also prefer filling it way more than it suggests because if I fill it less, then I have to replace it more frequently. Ergo, providing more of the liquid would be far more useful. This does emit a faint smell, but I've found that it only smells when I'm directly above it. Make sure to tell your guests or family that this thing can spill if you pick it up wrong. I'd ideally rate this maybe 3.5 stars. It works well enough to keep the pests down, but it's not a permanent solution and they don't always fall for the trap. Update: I've changed my mind. Solid 4 stars. I noticed German roach nymphs wading dead in the liquid. I've been keeping these near my sink because that's where the fruit flies hang out. It appears as though the roaches, while trying to get a drink in the sink, find the fruit fly trap and want in. I have a small infestation of roaches in my place, so if they don't fall for one trap, I'm glad they'll fall for another. I don't like having roach traps on my counter due to the chemicals used, so this much-less-poisonous-to-humans trap is a great alternative.

Fruit Fly Traps That Work
These traps saved me from having to find little bottles to turn into fruit fly traps. They’re simple to use. Just pour their lure into the holes. When that expires, pour a little vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar because I had more of it on hand.) into the holes. When you see the traps are filled with flies or the vinegar is low, spill it out, rinse and refill. Easy. No mess. No electric parts. No noise. Reusable. Effective. They’re small enough to fit anywhere. The red color is just right to fit the little apple 🍎 shape but not so bright as to be noticeable. Worth the money for me. 😉

My first go to gnat remover! Works great!
I have tried: Zevo Flying Insect Traps (RECOMMEND) Husaco Store 2 Flying Insect Traps & 2 Cartridges - Compatible with ZEVOM364A Refill Katchy Flying Insect Trap Indoor Terro Fruit Fly Traps - (RECOMMEND -this product) I tried several products for my recent gnat/fruit fly/super tiny demons from hell infestation. I really wanted to like some, but basically overall the ZEVO was superior. Thankfully I bought that one initially, but did not realize how severe my infestation got (as I was away from home for abit). Zevo pretty immediately and quickly toned down the flying creatures, and I noticed quickly the trap filling up with more and more. A good week in it was basically all covered up. I ended up getting a total of 4 Zevo traps, in certain areas I knew would fly to at night. Night is very good at getting them. I think it helps having no other lights on either. I will mention I also got Terro fly trap, and they are just lil tiny apple looking containers that you fill with some nasty vinegar mixture. I fill it up just a small amount, because honestly that is enough and I can keep refilling it. One I had to dump because of so many dead bodies and I refilled it up. I put one of those in my fridge just incase. And some near the other traps to try to attract them faster to the Zevo's light of death. The Katchy and offbrand zevo aka Husaco store traps, just basically didn't trap as many.... Like say a week went by and I could count the flies it was a handful. They just weren't as amazing/fast for me. I had such a drastic reduction with 2 Zevo's and now that I got 4 going, I think they might finally be eradicated. (With the Terro assists. I liked putting them by the sinks. These Terro were my first go to to remove gnats. Like banana's? Yeah, these were good and enough for that.

Love these
I had high hopes and it paid off. These little traps catch the littles gnat's that are in potted plants and in my area, from outside. The kit is a good price and you get a few refill bottles with the traps. No batteries required. Just add the solution in the trap and place where you see those little flying bugs. The solution does not have a stickiness to it. It is a fluid that the bugs are attracted too. The traps are easy to clean and reuse. I wish this company sold just refills of the solution. I tried making my own and it is not working. I will have to find something else that works. Still, I would say buy this product. It does the job

Works well, but make your own replacement fluid
I’ll save kitchen scraps in a small bucket in my kitchen, and that led to a fruit fly problem. I bought some of these, and they worked really well. They do dry up pretty quickly, and the manufacturer wants you to buy their liquid to refill them. I found that you can do a mix of apple cider vinegar and dish dishwashing detergent at about a 4 to 1 ratio, and that works just as well. I only gave it three stars though because you still have to refill them often. It does catch lots of flies, though, and I no longer have the problem, even though I still keep kitchen scraps on my counter.

Works perfectly. The next day I checked inside is 10-15 flies in each

Trust me, not worth it at all so weak. Just mix 100ml apple vinegar with 3-4 drops of dish soap in a small cup and you will see the difference

Not effective, fly goes around the trap without attracting any of them

This product doesn't seem to do anything, it's just a waste of money and you can't even return it for a refund.

Works fine but expensive for what they are
