I actually had a similar experience to the popular 1 star review in terms of having the brake snap off, but my customer service experience was completely different. I e-mailed their customer service team, mentioned the fact that my daughter's brake snapped off (we had purchased the scooter about 6 months prior), and within hours an individual from Australia had responded to ask where I was located. I responded, and he quickly copied in an individual from the North American team, and not long after they notified me they would be sending out a brake...and also would send a new back wheel at the same time (noting that we would need one eventually). All of that they did free of charge. I really appreciated it...and my daughter loves this scooter. I love the scooter frankly. She glides around on this thing SO well. I can go for jogs with my four year old...and that's huge for me. That's extra time I get to spend with my daughter, and we have lots of fun on those jogs. The one thing I suppose that could have been better would be that instructions could have been included with the replacement brake, but it didn't take me long to figure it out. If anyone reads this and has that issue, just take all of the screws out of the bottom. You don't have to take the wheel off.

È già il secondo monopattino Globber che compro, il primo per mio figlio, questo per un regalo. Ci troviamo benissimo: resistente, durevole, veloce e sicuro. Mio figlio ha quasi 5 anni e lo usa da un anno, va velocissimo e non si stanca come quando deve camminare. Lo usiamo per le passeggiate in centro e per andare all'asilo, cioè per quei giretti che sarebbero un po' troppo lunghi a piedi. Avendo 3 ruote, è ben equilibrato e sicuro, tiene bene le curve, il manubrio si può regolare su 3 altezze diverse. Ho avuto anche il Mini Micro in passato, che è un prodotto analogo ma si è rotto dopo poco tempo e non era regolabile in altezza, quindi preferisco il Globber. Lo consiglierei a occhi chiusi, soprattutto rispetto a quei monopattini a 2 ruote dei personaggi da poco prezzo ma poco sicuri.

Una calidad excelente, mi nena está encantada, desde un inicio le dió total confianza x su estabilidad y confort en el deslizamiento. Un 10!!
