I ordered a 3 step handrail, a 4ft Guard Rail kit, a 6ft Guard Rail Kit as well as the Wrought iron handrail post kit. Everything was delivered on time. The parts were easy to assembly. Everything you need to install was included with each component; drill bit, masonry bits, drivers, small level & ruler, concrete anchors, bolts, wall mollys and a pencil which doubled a depth gauge for the anchor bolts. The product is nicely made and has a nice sturdy feel to it. I would highly recommend these products. If you have any questions, their customer response is fantastic.. Both email & phone!. I was able to send a picture of where I intended to install the railings. They were able to help to sort out what items I needed to order.

Liked the quality. Looks great once installed. Like any railing, if installed correctly will last a long time. If post are plumb everything else falls right in place . The main thing is ,anchor post so they are tight and will work out well.

I think this is the best product out there for the price. My issue is that I could not get it installed by anyone for a reasonable price so had to send all mine back. It's a full kit they send. It's beautiful. It's durable. It's useful. I just wish everything wasn't so over the top price wise that an installer thinks he's building the entire set instead of just putting it together. WOW! I'm blind in one eye and poor vision in the other. I needed these items from this company so I could safely garden. It just didn't happen. Thanks for your reasonable sturdy products. Maybe next year for me.

Previously used that other expensive brand. This product certainly equal in quality, but much more affordable. Each section came with everything needed to install. This helped with install as drilling into concrete we used several of the supplied drill bits. Love my little courtyard!

Ordering the posts did have an issue. The 'covers' for the bottom of the posts are not included in the package even though they are indicated in the video. A quick email to the actual company will easily resolve that issue though. They come in a separate kit with other parts. The railings will come with all the parts and are very well packaged. Overall I'm really happy with the product. It is pretty easy to assemble and installation isn't bad either.

Needed to install on stairs to stop a recently blind dog from falling. Sturdier than what I expected - worked great!

That this does not come with bottom post bolt cover

Came on time, looks good up but thete are many missing items in all boxes. Quality control could be much better to make sure all parts are received. We had to source parts from Canadian Tire to put them up.
