Really excellent and delicious product. This food item not only makes your Asian food delicious but also adds that umami flavour to it from soybeans. It is also not overpoweringly salty. I add this to my ramen broths, some light soups with tofu and seaweed. And stir fry noodles with white meat. I will recommend this 100% and definitely buy again

Good Quality

I got to like this during lockdown stuck on a freighter off of Sao Paulo with a crew of Koreans. It adds a nice flavour and thinkener for soups as I didn't have any Marmite that I usually use to give soups a little tasty edge. Now I use a little in Shepard's pies and beef casseroles.

Not bad but it's more of a chicken soup like Oxo than a miso soup...I made it correctly even measuring the weight but still tastes like weak chicken soup

Great base ingredient for soups, stews, and sauces. It is a concentrate so it is very salty, so only add a little to start with until you get used to it. Arrived partially open due to lack of packing in the box. Previous deliveries were fine.

Used this in my Korean cookery renaissance, it's truly scrumptious and bangs in miso soup (instead of miso obviously)

Right after I buy it .i saw it in local chinese store it’s 1.99 and it’s the same Size! With this price I can buy 2.the taste is same as normal just pricy here

This may be an acquired taste, but if you like regular miso you will probably like this. It's a great last minute choice when you're looking for a quick soup but it also adds great flavor to recipes that require am umami accent.
