Good quality
I use these every other day. They are very good quality.

MISSING 1 of 3 BANDS.
Never written a review, was told I will get 3 bands as on the website,...got 2. No way to contact seller and report problem, have to return. Sucks that it's a good product that does it's job but shipping humans messed up and send me 2/3 of a product I paid for. And of course, it is the BEGINNER band they left out....

High quality, strong, and durable
My physical therapist recommended I use these bands at home after a knee injury. My knee was immobile for weeks after the injury leading to muscle wasting and flexibility issues. These bands were a lifesaver both strengthening the muscles and helping flexibility. They are strong and hold up well. There is no funky smell (which was a concern!) and have held up perfectly. They function as they should and I’m glad I purchased them. This set also comes with varying strengths so lasted while I progress through PT

Wrong product twice
The product itself is 5 stars...I ordered the black, blue and yellow bands. Amazon sent me the blue and black 2 pack. I processed the return for replacement and amazon again sent me the same 2 pack. Great job amazon...

Great for Rehabbing Shoulder Arthoplasty
After having my left shoulder replaced, the Physical Therapist I had been seeing gave me a pair of red bands tied together along with a single band. to use in between visits. Having the bands tied together allowed me to work both arms and shoulders at the same time. He prescribed a list of excercises to specifically work on muscle strength in my left arm and back muscles. The red colored band worked great for 2 months before tearing. I spliced the single band with the remaining length but it wasn't giving me enough resistance. I found these on Amazon and ordered (2) sets of the yellow, blue and black. The red band resistance is listed greater than the yellow but the blue and black I thought would offer a suitable progression over the next 4-6 months. They are very comfortable, well made and have helped significantly in building muscle in my left shoulder and arm that had atrophied following surgery.

Not as advertised
As per plenty of reviews, the product arrived with only 2 of 3 bands. Returning.

Not the set I ordered
Not the set I ordered. Ordered the yellow/blue/black set, and only received blue/black - missing the yellow one. Unfortunate. Otherwise good bands, just wish I got all of them.
