These sleep gummies really work. I feel noticeably more relaxed within about 30 minutes, and I’m able to fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning. I struggle with sleep. Since it’s 10mg some nights I can just take one and on nights where I’m feeling more awake or restless I take the two. Very easy to leave on my night stand and just take right before bed. The gummy texture reminds me of Mott’s gummies and they’re small. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do and is a great price so I’ll continue to use them!

Wow these really do work! I don’t wake up groggy and I fall asleep so fast. They taste pretty good and work so much better than plain old melatonin tablets like I used to take in high school. I’ve already set this up on subscription.

I took 1 the first night and I slept for 10 hrs or more. 2nd night I took half. It wasn't as effective but I did sleep better than usual. 2nd and 3rd nights I had scary nightmares. Not sure I can meet taking them after those nightmares. But they taste good and work if you can handle nightmares.
