My God. It’s good.
This is life. Tastes better than cheese and is guilt free. Whack it on pasta to make macaroni cheese. Wish it wasn’t so expensive for such a small pot.

I wasn’t sure about this vegan cheese powder, but my 3 year old niece LOVES pasta and is lactose intolerant (and very very sensitive to dairy at all). I was worried that her 3 year old palate wouldn’t care for the taste but she loved it! It was creamy and cheesy and my mom who is also lactose intolerant is in love with it! Granted it’s not cheap but the only other vegan cheese powder I’ve dried tasted horrible and clumped so I think this is a great value for the quality of the product. It didn’t clump and was easy to mix into a sauce with the cooked pasta! My mom also puts it on her popcorn! Will definitely be buying it again! My niece is picky even for a 3 year old so her seal of approval is never guaranteed! Highly recommended!
