Very strange texture
Whether it works or not, the use itself I am not looking forward to - what a strange texture, it gluggy, chunky bits inside, some completely watery, some in lumps. Since it is all in German, no effort to even put an insert in English (I thought for medical products that was the EU Directive?!) there is no way of knowing if one is supposed to shake or do something about this peculiar texture. Definitely not buying again.

Amazing Product
Its texture is not pleasant but you can shake the bottle and take it with juice to make it easier. The benefits of taking silicea are great, I used to help the health of cartilages because I have problems with my bones and discs in the back of spine. You need to take it for a long time to get the benefits . Good for bones, skin , nails and connective tissue. No harm in trying. Truly recomend this product!
