Pines Organic Wheat Grass, 500 Count Tablets

Very good for you but kind of pricey now. I liked this Brand a lot.

I have used Pine's Wheat Grass tablets for years. I take up to 3 or 4 servings each day. The taste is just fine. I love the convenience of the tablets. They actually will melt in your mouth if you wait a couple of minutes and then follow up what ever liquid you use to take your tablets. The wheat grass boosts my immune system. This is my way to never have to worry about not eatting my daily greens.

I bought these Wheatgrass pills because I wanted to get more healthy greens into me while staying in a hotel and not having my blender for healthy smoothies. I bought this brand because of the quality and good reviews. I also found the price to be reasonable. As you can see from the photo they can be a bit on the large side, which doesn’t bother me but can be an issue for some people. I found the taste to be tolerable and not overwhelming like some flavors. Would definitely buy again.

My first intro to Wheatgrass was in the juiced form. I was at a healing center in San Diego. We drank shots 3 x daily and used it in other ways. At that time, I was told only the juice is beneficial as juiced WG is the closest thing to human blood and is what can help heal disease. Being a busy person, I wanted to take short-cuts in my day to day life, and seeing all these WG supplements sounded so awesome. But now after 5 years of trying to use WG this way, very intensely the last year, I have to admit it has never given me the health benefits I felt from actual WG JUICE. In fact, I've noticed that taking these in the morning not only doesn't perk me up but causes me to feel lethargic -- keeping in mind, I'm one of those people with auto-immune problems and my body does react pretty immediately to anything I introduce. It's taken me a while to admit, but for me the whole-plant supplement is not only void of the benefits I'd been seeking but may be causing fatigue and gastronomical issues due to grasses being so hard for humans to digest. I can't fault Pines for their product, but I have to, at this point, recall the expert knowledge I was provided by the healing center and admit it is the juice that has the healing properties. I feel a little silly for having taken these expecting only the juice portion of the WG to exhibit benefits without taking into consideration that I was now consuming the indigestible fiber.

Excellent: Highly nutritious, raw, organic, no additives. In my circumstances, an ideal way to get my clean greens every day.

Wheatgrass is very good for you, has anti-viral, anti - bacteria, anti- fungal. Helps with weight loss, appetite suppressant, and boost immune system. I take this daily is it works wonders and give me a lot of energy. Very natural and healthy.

Good stuff

I've been having trouble with my colon (pain) and regular bowel movements. I no longer have this problem. There is also a wheatgrass SPRAY I ordered for my grandchildren. They had a virus that caused warts on their body. Their pediatrician said there was nothing that could be done. It would just take time for them to go away on their own. It could even take years! Upon doing research, I came across this product. Within one week, they were completely GONE! My daughter told me she was skeptical at first, but is now a believer. :-)
