Best unit for the price!
Love this thing! so much more efficient than the 10 year old unit I had due to higher seer and a DC fan than doesn't run wide open all the time. Turns my 45x30x 15 ft shop into a meat locker if I want it to. Makes great heat even down to 10F. Liked it so much I bought two smaller ones for two other buildings.

EASY install and super quiet
Was very easy install. there was no instruction on remote but they gave a link to download so wasn't a big deal. This works flawlessly SO FAR and exceeds all expectations on noise , its so quiet. I am currently ordering 2 more. Only thing in question is longevity but seems to be built good and no issues out of box (other than huge dent ) so hopefully it will last many years. cools a bedroom with zero effort.

Worst item I ever bought
This item had to be sent to me twice and then I had to have all removed and send back. The Freon they use they do not sell in the USA. Both units were junk and did not work. No hearing and air conditioning company will not work on them

It's the best I think
The volume of this air conditioner is not too large, the cooling effect is very fast, and the noise is small, I think the price is also very favorable, really worth recommending.

It's very well made
The air conditioner is great, and although it took some time to install, it finally worked. Although not a big brand, but the function is simple and practical, cooling and heating effects are very significant, I think it is a good product.

Warranty
I have been trying to locate a phone # for issue we are having with 1 of the units. It keeps Icing up, wont defrost. The system has been checked by a licensed HVAC company. I need a phone number to talk to some about getting repaired or replaced.

Delivery caution
The evap showed up 2days earlier than the condenser than the condenser was up side down but a clean looking unit no damage
