Good protection
I’ve had one on my house keys for 4 months and it shows no signs of wear at all, nor have the screws come loose (I do check them every so often). I’ve just received another 4 of these for the rest of our AirTags. They’re lightweight and seem pretty tough, if not very elegant, plus the tags can’t get scratched or fall out. Yes, the sound is slightly reduced but I knew that from reading previous reviews. Shipping from the US to UK fast and efficient, this latest order arrived in 5 days!

Elevation Lab Tagvault
I purchased the Tagvault twin pack. The Tagvault is sealed with four torx 8 screws and an Allen key and two extra screws is provided. The Tagvault is lightweight, compact, and watertight. I highly recommend this item.

Works great and lasts , well made

Attached to dogs collar. They run in mud and rain. Air tags still work.

Super secure and well sized, but it's a shame that the enclosure drastically limits the volume of the airtag alerts.

This is exactly like what the product manufacturer is stating. It’s water tight, robust and compact. I used it ruggedly and still it barely had a scratch. Highly recommend to buy. And i hardly said such remarks. Buy it and you will not regret.

I haven’t had the chance to test the durability or waterproofing of the TagVault yet, but it looks and feels very durable. I got the TagVault so that I could put an AirTag on the my boat’s keys that I seem to always lose or forget to bring with me to the lake. It’s an hour and a half drive from my house to the marina I store the boat at so if I forget the boat keys the day is pretty much ruined. Initially I was looking for an AirTag key chain case that was both waterproof and could float (yes I have dropped boat keys in the water). That search came up empty so I decided to just focus on finding one that was waterproof and adding a floatation device to the keychain. Pros: - Great protection. - Waterproof (haven’t tested other than running it under a faucet) - Sturdy construction. It’s screwed together with 4 screws. Cons: - Sound from the AirTag is muffled. I had my boat key AirTag in a backpack that was about 15’ away from me and couldn’t hear the sound from the AirTag. I tried it with my car key AirTag which is in a different case and had no issues hearing it. When my boat key AirTag was outside the backpack I could hear it while about 20’ from it. I don’t necessarily view this as a con for this specific product though. The AirTag’s sound is going to be muffled by any good case that is waterproof. I had zero issues using the on screen guidance (in the Find My app) to find my boat key AirTag with the TagVault on it. - While it’s nice that Elevation Labs includes a tool for the screws it’s as frustrating to use (if not more) than the tools Ikea provides with their furniture. I tried using it for all of 5 seconds before I threw it away and got out my own mini screw driver with a T6 bit attached. If I didn’t have my own screw driver I’m not sure I would have been able to reattach the screws without getting frustrated and throwing the TagVault away. Elevation should ditch the Allen wrench like design and just provide a normal mini T6 screwdriver or even just a T6 bit.
