Really functional! I put them on the side of a loud mini fridge a couple months ago, and they seem to be holding strong except for the corner at the top, wanting to lift a little bit! It’s made a significant difference in the level of noise and I don’t worry about the heat of the side against the wall as much.

Out of the box, the product already showed markings creases, so if you were using this visually, it would look bad straight out of the box. It’s very very difficult to use and if you’re going to cut the fabric at all, it’s going to Fran rip as it’s very difficult to use. Definitely not worth the money. Go to the fabric store and get something else. I would never use this product again.

This is a quality product and does the job that I intended it for most people use it for soundproofing in a car, but I put it underneath my cornhole boards to take away the thud and dead in the sound so I can play a little later at night. it does just that, just remember to use a roller to secure it tightly in the corners and center.
