A colleague let me use theirs and I was impressed with how well it worked on my foot pain. It also helped me sleep better. Magnesium is a powerful mineral. Be careful though, too much use can cause skin peeling and irritation.

Works wonderful. Apply to bottom of mine and my husband after our showers. Absorbs great, smells just like lavender but not overwhelming and helps with muscle cramps, neuropathy, and helps with sleep. We use it daily!

I have had wonderful results from this Magnesium oil. I love it so much that I have already ordered a second bottle. I have MS. Between insomnia and leg cramps, I was just about to give up. I have a big bag of the Dead Sea salts and had been making my own spray with hot water and the salts in a spray bottle. It didn't help, but I kept trying. I got tired of having to get up 3-4 times a night and put more on. I have tried so many things in the past. I take CALM every night. I take melatonin, 5 HTP, I have chamomile, lemon balm, several teas that are supposed to help with sleep, but until I started using this, nothing worked. I have close to 20 different essential oils. Frankincense is supposed to help with leg cramps and restless legs. With this spray, you are supposed to spray 3-4 sprays on the bottom of your feet and massage it in. Let it air-dry before putting on socks or slippers. I have noticed that since using this magnesium spray, the soles of my feet are peeling off. You have never seen anything like it. They are coming off in sheets. I started putting coconut oil first and massaging it in before using the magnesium. I don't know if it is supposed to take all of your skin, but it is helping with the cramps that keep me up all night. I am very happy with my purchase!

This is really very nice. The oil feels very soft and the scent is wonderful. Doesn’t feel heavy and easy to use!

I cannot rave about this product enough. It is immediate absorption, my skin soaks it up, like no other, and the relief is incredible. I’m so grateful I found this product. I would say the only cons are it dries weird, kind of like a chalky consistency and it might be uncomfortable and also if you have recently shaved, or you have an irritated part of your body and you apply it it might itch/burn a little if you put too much. But other than that, this product is great and I’ve recommended it to so many people and they love it.

I purchased this magnesium spray hoping it would help me relax and improve my sleep, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any real difference. I used it consistently as directed, especially at night, but it didn’t seem to help me fall asleep any faster or stay asleep longer. The spray itself is easy to apply and absorbs fairly well, but in terms of results, it just didn’t work for me. It may work differently for others, but for my needs, it was a disappointing purchase.

Works great for me

I have terrible insomnia , and when I finally fall asleep, I usually get up many times. I have used this product for a week. I doesn't help me get to sleep but it does help me stay asleep. I am totally impressed.

This product works well. I use it for my legs as my right leg swells really bad almost twice the size, I have very bad cramping in my legs and feet and restless leg syndrome. This helps keep everything under control so I can sleep.
