BY-FAR the best accessory for the MacBook Air
This is BY-FAR the best accessory I have for my MacBook M3 Air. Use it literally every day. Had it about 8 months and it's also durable and looks like it is part of the laptop.

Slim, light, good build quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Weight:LightFit:Its very small, but hard on ports due to design. Needs some sort of support so that it doesnt flex when connecting to miltiple portsPort functionality:It should support more usbc ports....

Works without the inconvenience of a cable connected dongle
After decades in the Windows world, I purchased a 2024 Mac Air. I love it more than I thought it would, but the one annoyance is how few ports it has. Basically 2 USB C ports. No USB A, no Ethernet, no HDMI. A multiport adapter is a must have.I tried a couple of highly rated multiport adapters that have a USB C cable that plugs into the Mac, and they functioned well; they added the needed ports. However, it was a bit of a pain having the adapter hang from the computer if, for example, I was walking over to the printer. So I saw this one, and gave it a try.Problem solved. This plugs into the side of the computer and there's nothing hanging. It takes both USB C ports, but it adds more, plus it has ports for everything I need: USB A, data cards, USB C, Ethernet, HDMI, etc. I often just leave it plugged into my Mac Air and leave it there until I need to put the computer into a case for travel (and I could leave it plugged in but don't want to risk it getting knocked around and bent.)It does what it says and provides all of the ports I could need in a very unobtrusive way. Highly recommended.

Iffy connectivity
It looks great when attached but I have had many problems getting a solid connection with devices. It does work eventually but it’s not consistent in my experience

Loved It – Super Practical and Makes Life Easier!

Works Great!
I was able to hook up 2 hard drives full of Karaoke through the USB ports and use the HDMI port for the screen. Also able to charge through the USBC and the headphone jack is on the right side of my macbook so I was able to feed my PA system. Works perfectly!!!
