Just buy one - a fantastic little keyboard,
Put very simply this is a quality product. Quirky - yes, relatively small - yes, no keypad - yes, some keys where you don't expect them - yes, noisey - yes - but these are merely trivial points. This keyboard is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC . Solid metal base with lighting shows not out of place in a fireworks display, (if that is what you opt for), and keys that are wonderful to the touch with the satisfying sound of a bygone era. After using the Hcman Blue you will never want to use a membrane keyboard again. The quality of this thing for the price, (£25.99 in July 2018), is simply astonishing. Just buy one, you won't regret it. (Oh and for the record Function+ F9 allows you to scroll through the various programmed lighting options, and Function + numbers 1-7 allow you to select a variety of other options: 1-3 for custom lighting, 4 for a fully lit key board, 5 for RPG, 6 for first person shooter games and 7 for 'office' - where only keyboard letters are lit).

A1 All round recomened.
As both a writer and a gamer a keyboard is an essential tool for me, this is the first mechanical keyboard I have owned and I haven’t been disappointed. A truly wonderful action that is light to the touch and has an instant response, I have found it ideal for both speed and touch typing, and has lightning fast reaction when used for gaming.I particularly like the pared down size of the board which doesn’t sprawl all over my desktop with with a host of unnecessary key’s and buttons, that are just gimmicks and hardly ever used, and the polished aluminium housing looks so much more attractive than the usual plain black plastic. In the evening the backlit keys are a boon, and the default lighting system is both aesthetically pleasing and non intrusive. Although there are several combinations for lighting, as yet I have not found the need to experiment as the default setting is as good as it gets, and all the keys are plainly viable. Both the letter and numbering fonts on the keys are a little futuristic but easily understood and read. The only two “small” quibbles I have about this product are that it “would seem” that Hcman is actually an Amazon company? And I am surprised that the manual provided is very basic, and finding a Hcman manual on line is also difficult and offers little more information than what comes in the box. The second irritation is that the only way to know if the keyboard cap-lock is engaged is by the backlit key itself which will have your finger over it when used, so you have to move your hand to see it is engaged or not, however, both of these are trifles.Summing up. The best keyboard I have yet found for both practical work and gaming, and which also looks stunning especially at night, all of which is surprising for the price. Without hesitation I highly recommend this this keyboard.

Nice look and the click, click is oddly comforting.
This isn't the most expensive switched keyboard on the market but it looks cool and is a nice compact form factor. The lights are a nice ambience and the clicks are oddly pleasing. After only having normal keyboards the click was at first a little off-putting but now it's oddly comforting. It reminds me of the old typewriters that had mechanical keys. Is it worth the money. Well that is up to you to decide as it will depend on what it is you're after. I was after a good keyboard that will last me a long long time. As you can change the switches out when they no longer work then I can see this keyboard lasting me a very long time. So for me it was worth the money. Looks good and works well what more can you ask for.

Really Good, other than key placements.
I used this keyboard pretty much everyday since i brought it. I think it is an absolutely brilliant keyboard, has nice gap between keys so you don't accidentally press 2 keys at once, the LED effects on it are so cool and haven't worn since i got it (Still as bright) about nearly a year ago. I have taken every key off and cleaned the keyboard and put it back together with ease and no problems at all. I sometimes find myself pulling the keys off while day dreaming because it is so satisfying and easy to do (even though it comes with a little tool to take them off with more ease. The mechanical clicks are so nice, clean clicks, doesn't effect the pushing down of the button at all still as easy to press the buttons down as any other keyboard. Love using the little legs at the back to tilt to keyboard to make it easy to type. There is a tiny bit of key wiggle but nothing that will cause any problems while using not is it noticeable and something that is stupid to point out. A bigger problem I have is that fact it doesn't have a number pad on the right (which i knew when i brought) turns out I didn't realise how much it was needed in games, I find myself re configuring key binds in a few games. Some of the keys like the @ key is switched with the " key yet the still work how they would if they wasn't switched. This for me wasn't a problem as I know the layout of a keyboard so i just naturally press that key for it so Its not a problem for me but might confuse other people who aren't as common with a keyboard.Over all i think this keyboard works wonders and I would 100% recommend it to other people as it is just like a actual mechanical keyboard but a hell of a lot cheaper.

Just about good enough...
I ummed and arred about the score here before finally deciding on four stars mainly because of price. The feel of the key clicks is okay... not quite similar enough to genuine blue switches and with a harsh and "flimsy" feel by comparison. But they work with all games tried and, for the price, I think they're satisfying enough to press. It;s a compact keyboard, so the return key is half-sized - I got used to this quite quickly. And there is obviously no num-pad, which took more getting used to!It's a US keyboard, but can be used/adapted for UK use, and the lighting effects are nice, if (for me, at least) a little pointless!I do like the metal body of the keyboard though, which gives the whole experience a quality feel. All in all I'm happy... for the price.

Key ''r'' failed after a years time
I purchased this keyboard on Sept 2017. For a whole year it has been perfect, although according to many people it was a super loud keyboard, therefore I could only use it during the day.Apart from gaming I used it from my uni work, hence plenty of writing. And just when it reached a years old, on Sept 2018, the ''r'' key started to failing, It either won't recognise it when I press it, or read it twice (eg prress, rather than press). Ofc that resulted in me not being able to use for my uni work anymore, nor my gaming. I contacted the department saying it is still kinda within the year time warranty (just passed a year) although it is mentioned in their description that it has a lifetime warranty, but i got refused the change.Overall I was very pleased for the price of it, but I wouldn't expect it to fail within a years time. I had cheaper keyboards that lasted for at least 4-5 years and still going!

Hcman keyboard
I was after a nice looking gaming keyboard and saw this and it look just right. I bought the silver version and it looks great with the lights on in the dark. Everything works as it should other than i am in Europe and this is an American keyboard but after a quick download for the pc all works as it should as some of the icons were on the wrong keys. There is some weight to the keyboard so it sits firm on the desk when being used. I have to say i wish i bought it a when i first saw it earlier in the year. Value for money and no scrimping on the quality.

Returned it
I gave this keyboard 2 days of full use and couldn't dislike it more:1) feels extremely cheap, it's like they used the cheapest plastic available2) The switches are not good either. I've used multiple Cherry switches and some Kaihua ones, and these ones are pretty terrible compared to those.3) Extremely noisy/clicky, it's beyond imaginable, and I work in an office surrounded by people using mechanical keyboards of all sorts, but this one is just too much. Even if you'd love being the noisiest in the office, the click sound is not nice, it's too plastic. My advice is: Do not try to save money on this thing, and get some real cherry switches, you won't regret.

Great for the price
Another great budget mechanical keyboard. For the price you can't really go wrong. Unsure how good the Rma process is because they have never failed me. I own 2 hcman 10 keyless which my kids use and I use a speed link 10 keyless. They're great and I've not bothered look at keyboards 50 to 150 since. Unless you need rgb then get one of these.

Incredible value for money
I bought this after my terrible, old Microsoft wireless keyboard finally broke down after 8 years of use so I am a little bit of an odd case but anyways. Lovely travel on the tactile keys. They are blue switches so they are loud, so bear that in mind when buying! The programmable lights give the keyboard a unique and personal flavour and the floating keys design makes it feel like it's worth triple than it actually is. The white finish is also elegant.Overall, very happy with it. Good for gaming as well because of the quite fast travel. I don't think you can find anything better for the money. 5 stars.

Great keyboard
Great keyboard, Cherry blu-like keys, very noisy, like an old fashion mechanical keyboard. Very easy to set light effects, very suggestive with low lights. It's just a pity the letters upon the keys can't be seen very well in bright environments, like offices, even at the highest backlit brightness, since letters are printed transparently upon the keys to enhance the light effect. Durability so far (about 9 months) is great! The keyboard is compact, a bit tall, so it's better to use a wrist pad to enhance comfort. I'm just using the keyboard for typing, not gaming, can't judge it then.

BRILLIANT! Good price for a great key board!
When i ordered this key board I honestly didn't know what to expect, i took a risk ordering it and so far that risk has paid of! This keyboard is stunning to to look at with its metal body and the keys stand out very well. the keys are good to type with (the enter key is made slightly smaller to fit in buttons as this is smaller than most keyboards) and to play games with, after using it for some time I found this key board easy to adjust to and use. Then you turn the lights on. the lights are easy to see in the dark and allow me to play games without surrounding lights on to see they keys the different modes are very nice to look at but i however don't think I will use most of them personally. Overall this is a brilliant keyboard that does the job for a brilliant price! the only thing I would change is maybe to add software so you can select which keys light up for when playing different games. THIS KEYBOARD IF WORTH GETTING! NO QUESTIONS!

Great Keyboard at this Price... My Views
I bought this keyboard about 2 months ago and it has been the best experience.... if you are new to mechanical keyboards then this is perfect... firstly its cheap and it does everything its supposed to.... i only use it to type and occasionally game and it has held up great... has some great lighting features as well which can get distracting but thankfully it can be changed or turned off.Although it isn't RGB lighting i cant argue because of the great price... the aluminium chassis gives the keyboard a high end feel and look... at first glance it probably looks like a $50 keyboard... totally recommend if you're on a budgetHope you have as good an experience as I have

Amazing keyboard. Great feel. Sturdy. Aurally and aesthetically pleasing. Great price!
Ordered this keyboard a week ago, received it today.Straight up, I was actually surprised by it's small size, but hey, it feels bigger now. Overall, build quality seems solid, a bit on the heftier side. Clickiness is loud and responsive, I can type much faster with this than the keyboard on my laptop or the old membrane one I have. I even prefer it over the Razer Blackwidow.Cool customisability with per key lighting as well as different lighting modes. Shortcuts (like browser and My PC) are handy to have. Generally, I can't complain. If I were to be nitpicking, it'd be the font on some fo the keys, but that doesn't bother me at all. Perhaps the cheaper feel of the keys, but once again, that doesn't bother me at all.Tl;dr: Great keyboard, picked up at €23,45 (20 pounds). Awesome response, feel and build quality. Lighting is good too. HOWEVER mine has some issues (SL key always lit, media keys and dimming keys (- and =) do not respond.EDIT: Upon contacting the manufacturer, they fixed my issue and everything works fine. Much appreciated and really like the quick response.

1 year after purchase
its a good keyboard over all if you are using it not very much but after about a year of everyday gaming the key caps start to rub off and the if its hot and your a tiny bit sweaty they key caps start to rub off even more including leaving a slight residue on the caps. The lighting of they keyboard is good and with all the settings gives you a good range of choicesAnd as a the keys could be a little bit bigger so people with big hands can type fast and easier.overall its good for casual use and not everyday for "hardcore" gaming
