The dual mounting option is also handy depending on whether you want to mount it or simply hang it from the door know. Resetting the combo is easy and provides added security when reusing the the box at multiple properties or for multiple guests.

I’m a real estate agent. There is no need to get namebrand when these work just fine. I have literally never had one complaint. They stay greased really well so the combo works easily. Typical size, and I like that the locking bolt part comes off completely instead of just swinging to one side like the others do.
