The flavor tends to be on the sweet side, more towards Diet Pepsi than Diet Coke. You can order this directly from the Soda Stream website, as well of all the other flavors and CO2 refills Some people that prefer the Diet Coke flavor, have bought refill bags of Diet Coke for drink dispenser, from Costco or Walmart. You can do a Google search on ways to do it. Also, just tried the Caffeine free version of this Diet Cola flavor, and it tastes less sweeter (which I prefer).

Well it's not terrible.....it reminds me of generic grocery store diet cola. It has a bit of an after taste, again like knock-off diet soda. I probably wont order it again but I didnt hate it. I'll try the regular cola and just cut back the syrup.

This has cut down on my carbon footprint SO much. No more acquiring/hauling/recycling 2-liter bottles of Diet Coke. Absolutely wonderful. The flavor isn't a perfect match to Diet Coke, but it's perfectly fine. (And the amount of caffeine in it is apparently just the same/right amount.)

Im a long-time sodastream caffiene-free diet cola drinker. When the caffiene-free syrup was unavailable i thought this would be a good substitute but it turns out its very sour and after trying and trying and trying to drink my way through the surplus I'd bought, I finally gave up and bought the caffiene-free again. The taste of the caffiene-free is dramatically more cola-ish.. if that is a word. No clue how these two things can taste so different, but they do. If you don't like this flavor, try the caffiene-free.
