i find this really helps me sleep without a "hangover the next day" I use it most nights
does the job seems to be non habit forming and no "hangover" the next day

Worked initially
I had high hopes for these after reading the reviews, I was told that these were a natural version of melatonin which we can’t buy in this country. They worked very well the first couple of nights but for the following two nights I was still wide awake at 1.30am despite taking them at around 7.45pm. I do find that taking a sleep remedy close to bedtime isn’t as effective. So as they are non returnable I will use them for nights when I can’t sleep properly. I’ve gone back to the other remedy I take.

It actually works!
i struggle to get to sleep (have 40 years worth of insomnia) and my husband struggles to stay asleep (wakes in the early hours). Between the two of us nighttime is not as restful as it should be. Thought we'd give this a go on recommendation from a friend and we were delighted to discover it works and unlike prescribed medication it doesn't leave you groggy and hung-over in the morning. We are impressed. I would recommend giving it a try. I've even used it on my children (8 & 15) it worked gently and effectively to help them get to sleep a few hours earlier than their normal bedtime (we had an unusually early start the next day). I would never normally allow my children to take anything but felt safe with this product.

Your no returnable policy is totally inacceptable
I bought these for my daughter not realising they state that they are non returnable. However they are unopened because she tried some of mine first and they made her feel very dizzy and unwell. I have paid over £20 for this Asphalia product and am now unable to return it even though it is unopened and untampered with. This policy is unacceptable and should be reviewed. I can’t use them as the ones I have affect me adversely as well. A complete waste of money

Placebo??
Sleep disturbance is the bane of my life. Over the years I have tried all remedies known to "man" - Prescription, Chemical, Herbal, Psychological, Physical, Logical, Illogical, Primal, Spiritual, Hypothetical, Hypnotically, You get the picture, some worked for a while, some failed completely, but Asphalia does seem to be consistently helping - Placebo? Well if it is then I must be more suggestible than I used to be, otherwise the alternative is that it just works. It doesn't knock me out, its more of a gradual, subtle, slipping off into sleep - dreams are of a type I used to have as a child & I wake up more refreshed. Overall, placebo or no, I have to say it does help. It gets 4 stars because it could be quite expensive long term.

Not sure why the feedback is that low. It works just amazing and natural product unlike hundreds of others on amazon. Top 5* product

Might help you sleep
As it is for Natural Sleep, that is what I used it for. Sadly didn’t work for me. I do have a problem.

Friednly Asphalia
Asphalia capsules are by far the most effective for me. They don't seem to leave me groggy and I have notso far, had any adverse effects. A lot of the other natural remedies on the market don't seem to suit peoplewith hypertension, however Asphalia does not have any contra-indications. I am happy to recommend themto others.
