this is excellent supplement I am using it after m bunion operation I think it is promoting my healing the ingredients glucosamine and chondroitin promote my recovery excellent product and turmeric in combination

Seems to help my joints
I have tried a handful of tumeric supplements in both tablet and powder form. These are by far the best with no strange taste. I went through a spell of very soar joints around 3 months ago, but these seem to have helped. Good product, good value and fast delivery. The big chemists sell them for £13 to £17 a box.

Ace joints!
It's always hard to tell if these have made a difference, as my symptoms can come and go, but it's safe to say I'm not creaking or aching at the moment!

Great for young athletes
As a young athlete who suffers from continuous knee injuries due to my cartilage wearing down because I'm so pro active I highly recommend this product! With only 2 weeks of rest and taking these tablets I was feeling like myself again. Not fully 100% but enough to start strengthening exercises and I'm glad I'm back to 100% after 1 month.

Wow! What a difference
I've suffered with osteoarthritis in my knees for many years and have been taking glucosamine for the last 8 years. It made a small difference but not a lot. I researched what ingredients I needed and in what quantities and these ticked all the boxes. After 3 weeks of taking them I've noticed a HUGE difference. My knees no longer swell and ache. I don't wake up with my knees aching and I did a hike yesterday and didn't suffer any pain. I'll be buying a lot more of these
